Hayley Dabinette is a registered property valuer in Wellington and has been with Property InDepth since 2020. She has over 11 years of experience in residential and lifestyle property valuations, covering a wide range of property across Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, and the Kapiti Coast. Hayley specialises in market valuations for sale, mortgage lending, and subdivision and development purposes, valuing properties from entry-level homes through to $3 million-plus high-end properties.

After completing a Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation & Property Management) at Massey University, Hayley spent four years valuing in Nelson before returning to Wellington in 2018. Once registered, she worked in both property consultancy and valuation roles before joining Property InDepth, providing reliable property valuation advice to homeowners, developers, and investors.

In her spare time, Hayley enjoys spending time on the Kapiti Coast with her partner Andy and daughter Sophie. She is also a keen traveller and loves exploring new places, combining her professional expertise with a personal passion for property and the Wellington region.
