Steve McNamara, Owner and Managing Director

Steve has a degree in Valuation and Farm Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce (majoring in Urban Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University. Having spent 20+ years valuing, firstly in Australia and then in Auckland, Steve has a real grasp on what it is that customers, referral sources, banks, insurers and many other allied industries are seeking from our services.

As owner and Managing Director, Steve continues to develop the business, recruiting like-minded valuers into the team to meet ever increasing demand for Property InDepth services.

Steve lives in Hawke’s Bay with his wife and two children on a lifestyle block. He is a keen family man, and in the weekends can be found cycling and ‘playing with property’.
