ADRIENNE MIKKELSEN

Property InDepth’s Bay of Plenty, Rotorua and Kawerau property valuer, Adrienne Mikkelsen, now calls the Bay of Plenty home. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University and a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Valuation and Property Management) from Massey University.

 

Adrienne began her career as a property valuer in Rotorua in 1997, and after three years, she moved overseas. Upon returning to New Zealand after almost six years, she worked in Wanganui, covering the wider Wanganui area as well as the Central Plateau. In 2007, she returned to the Bay of Plenty, and, in 2009, joined Property InDepth, providing expert residential and lifestyle property valuations across the region.

 

“I’m a people person and enjoy helping clients achieve their property goals,” Adrienne says. “I love being involved with a company at the forefront of changes in the property valuation industry, and working with a group of interesting and passionate professionals.”

 

In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys motorbikes and wine (although not at the same time), running, cooking, and travelling. She combines her professional expertise with a passion for helping clients make informed decisions through accurate property valuations and reliable property valuation advice.

 

JONATHAN HOLLOWS

Jonathan Hollows is a registered property valuer based in Tauranga with over twenty years of experience in the property valuation industry. He specialises in residential and lifestyle property valuations, covering a wide range of urban and lifestyle properties across Tauranga and surrounding areas.

 

Jonathan began his career as a graduate valuer in Wellington in the late 1990s. After obtaining Registered Valuer status in 2002, he continued working as an urban valuer in the Wellington region for eight years. He then spent three years in Melbourne, predominantly valuing properties in the outer eastern suburbs. Following a brief period overseas, Jonathan returned to New Zealand and worked in both Christchurch and Hamilton before moving to Tauranga. Prior to joining Property InDepth at the beginning of 2020, he spent two years specialising in property valuations in the Tauranga area.

 

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys cycling and staying active at the gym. His two greatest passions are playing hockey and fishing. He combines his extensive local knowledge with professional expertise to provide accurate property valuations and trusted property valuation advice to homeowners, investors, and developers in the Tauranga region.
