ROSS MCFARLANE

Experienced local valuer Ross McFarlane has been valuing property in Cambridge and Hamilton for over 20 years, having considerable valuation experience in all sectors of the residential and lifestyle property markets. Ross was born in Hamilton and apart from a short hiatus overseas, he has always lived in the Waikato city. He has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation from Massey University.

“Valuation is a great profession to be part of. The property market is ever changing, the local market has a wide variety of property and price brackets, and clients have various needs. Outside of work Ross enjoys coaching and encouraging his boys in their sporting endeavors. When time permits, he enjoys traveling and holidays with family and friends and can be found on the golf course or the ski slope.
