CRAIG MAGNUSSEN
Craig Magnussen is a registered valuer who has been valuing Residential, Lifestyle and Rural properties since 2003. He began his valuation career in Hawke’s Bay before moving to Taranaki in 2014.
Craig has a particular interest in Dairy farm valuations, drawing on significant first-hand experience in the rural sector. Before studying Rural Valuation and Management at Massey University, Craig spent 15 years as a sharemilker in the Dannevirke area.
Craig provides valuations for Mortgage finance, sales, compensation and succession planning. He prides himself on being approachable and is always willing to discuss clients’ valuation needs and requirements, helping them achieve their property-related goals.
Outside of work, Craig has a strong family focus and enjoys supporting his two daughters in their endeavours alongside his wife. When relaxing, Craig can often be found in his music studio working on his next creation or out riding his bike beneath the beautiful Taranaki Maunga.
