Experienced local valuer Ross McFarlane has been valuing property in Hamilton and the greater Waikato area for over 20 years, having considerable valuation experience in all sectors of the residential and lifestyle property markets. Ross  was born  in Hamilton and apart from a short hiatus overseas, he has always lived in the Waikato city. He has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University.
