Waipa District property valuer Ross McFarlane has considerable experience at providing detailed valuation reports in relation to a wide range of residential and lifestyle properties throughout this region.
Our deep local knowledge of properties throughout the Waipa district, our access to a wide range of information sources which we use to substantiate our own onsite valuation inspections, and the thorough manner in which we perform our valuation inspections and provide insightful commentary on our determinations means that our valuation reports enable our customers to make fully informed decisions in respect of their property.
We pride ourselves on the thoroughness with which we complete each valuation inspection, and the level of factual detail that we then communicate to our Waipa customers via our valuation report – these virtues are regularly acknowledged and praised by customers who have experienced our service delivery.
“As our brand bi-line states, we provide “Detailed Valuations – Delivered Fast” … and these essential elements are what separate us from our competitors.”
