ross mcfarlane

Experienced local valuer Ross McFarlane been valuing property in Waipa, Hamilton and the greater Waikato area for over 20 years, having considerable valuation experience in all sectors of the residential and lifestyle property markets. Ross  was born  in Hamilton and apart from a short hiatus overseas, he has always lived in the Waikato city. He has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University.

Outside of work Ross enjoys coaching and encouraging his boys in their sporting endeavours. When time permits, he enjoys travelling and holidays with family and friends, and can be found on the golf course or the ski slope.

ryan thomson

Waipa property valuer Ryan Thomson grew up and undertook his schooling in Hamilton. Ryan then shifted to Auckland and completed a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management from Massey University in Albany. He gained registration status in 2019 and has since completed valuations on a range of residential and lifestyle properties throughout the wider Waikato/Auckland areas. Ryan has also done various stints overseas throughout Europe and Asia.

“I enjoy the daily challenges involved with valuing a range of different property types and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.”

Ryan’s interests outside of work include running, camping in his roof top tent and time spent on the golf course.
