With its beautiful scenery, picturesque coastal towns and holiday spots it is no surprise that Property InDepth’s valuers are being called on to provide valuations on growing numbers of houses and lifestyle blocks throughout the Coromandel Peninsula.

Thames-Coromandel property valuers headed by Adrienne Mikkelsen simply love visiting and valuing the huge variety of properties both  TCDC and Hauraki have to offer.

There’s a lot more to ‘the ‘Mandel’ (as it’s locally known) than just the main townships of Thames, Whangamata, Whitianga, Waihi and Paeroa. There is an increasing range of homes, baches, and lifestyle properties dotted all along the Pacific Coast Highway. With them come opportunities for people wanting to live, retire or holiday somewhere on the Peninsula. There is also a wonderful selection of holiday homes and lifestyle blocks on offer. These either back onto the forest park or overlook rivers, estuaries, or the spectacular coastline – ideal for those wanting to truly ‘get away from it all’.

Increasing numbers of people are very attracted to the relaxed Kiwi lifestyle that both Thames-Coromandel and Hauraki provide.

Property InDepth valuers work throughout the Coromandel including Hahei (pictured).

Improved roading and  modern communications now means communities further up  the Thames Coast and  the Peninsula – including Hahei, Cooks Beach and emerging areas such as Matarangi and Whangapoua – are within a relatively comfortable drive of Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga.

Property InDepth values properties all over the Coromandel Peninsula including Hahei.

Property valuations

Property InDepth valuers covering the Thames-Coromandel area can provide detailed property valuation reports on a wide range of residential and lifestyle/holiday home/retirement properties anywhere on the Coromandel Peninsula.

“Our knowledge of Thames-Coromandel’s residential and lifestyle properties, coupled with our access to a wide range of information sources, and our detailed onsite inspections means that our valuation reports allow our customers to make fully-informed decisions in respect of buying a house or property whether it’s in Thames itself, up on the Coromandel, over in  Kuaotunu – Opito or down in Hauraki,”  Property InDepth’s valuer and area manager, Adrienne Mikklesen, explains.

We provide residential and lifestyle block valuations throughout TCDC and Hauraki District, including Cooks Beach, Coromandel township, Hahei, Hot Water Beach, Matarangi, Ngatea, Opito, Paeroa, Pauanui, Tairua, Thames, Whangamata, Whangapoua, Whitianga, Whiritoa, and Waihi

“We pride ourselves on the thoroughness with which we complete each valuation inspection, and the level of factual detail that we then communicate to our Thames and wider Coromandel customers via our valuation reports.”

“As our slogan states we provide ‘Detailed Valuations – Delivered Fast’ and this is what separates us from our competitors.”
